My Pillow
When i was living over seas before my mission I didn't bring my pillow. It was a Harry Potter pillow I'd had for almost 7 years... and about 1-2 inches in thickness. I can't use a thick pillow for the life of me... it's either my pillow or no pillow at all. I slept well without my pillow, during this year abroad, by using a pillow that had a similar thickness. However, when I got home... I laid down in my bed for the first time in a year and my head felt like I'd laid it down on a pile of Gold (figuratively... not literally), I hadn't realized how much I was missing out on... a pillow perfectly sculpted to my head and at the perfect width. I was happier sleeping than I'd been all year. So here I am in the mission field... one month in, and I've been using a different pillow again. Only this time I realize the difference... I know I'm missing out on comfort every night I sleep. So I'm asking my Mom to send me my pillow.
What if your perfect pillow represented the Holy Ghost. What if at one point you had spent several years with the Holy Ghost, and then it was taken away. Maybe at first you wouldn't notice it was gone, in fact you may not have until you had a taste at having it back. Once you'd gotten it back, you'd probably wonder how you lived without it before, something so simple... but made all the difference. Wouldn't you want to have the Holy Ghost with you everyday if you knew you could? Wouldn't you want that ultimate comfort that could always be with you? So ask yourself today, do I need the Holy Ghost? And if the answer is yes... ask Heavely Father to overnight it so you don't have to go another day without it.

Our True Identity
I'm a brand new missionary, trying to do my best to keep up with all of the other missionaries who have been out teaching and helping others come unto our Savior Jesus Christ... but the truth is I wouldn't have been able to make it here at all if I didn't know that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and created everything about me from the hair on my head to my unique personality.
